With over 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Vijayshree is an academician, institution builder, researcher, career mentor and an advocate of lifelong learning. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics, along with academic qualifications in Economics, Finance and Management, she has built her professional journey on the belief that education must go beyond degrees and examinations to empower individuals with knowledge, confidence, skills and purpose.

Her journey from Head of the Department of Business Administration to Principal of Kumararani Meena Muthiah College of Arts and Science reflects her commitment to academic excellence and institutional development. During her leadership, she championed research culture, faculty development, student engagement, entrepreneurship initiatives, vocational training, certificate programmes, conferences and several academic and extension activities. She encouraged faculty members to pursue research, motivated students to explore their potential and believed in making education meaningful, engaging and relevant to life.

Her research and academic contributions include published research papers and books, research guidance, academic mentoring and initiatives that connect knowledge with real-world challenges. Her association with ScribeZonee Pvt. Ltd. as Research Head further reflects her passion for research, scholarly publications and academic advancement.
